Hingham CARES is honored to have former Boston Celtics NBA player Chris Herren share about his own journey with addiction as well as his thoughts on the mental health and substance abuse issues that people are struggling with during the COVID pandemic.

"I'd just like to say how important Hingham CARES is," said Herren. "It's an organization that is set up to serve our youth. To talk about the 'first day' and educate our community and educate our children around this topic. I think the more we talk about it, the better off we are. Hingham CARES has done tremendous work in this community."
