Kathi Sullivan founded "Taylor's Message" over 12 years ago when she lost her daughter Taylor to circumstances related to underage drinking. She talks about her experience and has sound advice for parents and teens about how to stay safe around substances.

"Taylor's passing was 100% preventable. My daughter didn't pass away from a brain tumor. It was all from underage drinking. It's about choices. If she had made better choices and if I had made better choices and if her friends and community had made better choices, she would be here today. Let's just make good choices to begin with and then we won't be needing to have these conversations."
